Columbus Half Marathon
Last Sunday (10/18) I got to run the Columbus Half Marathon. It was a beautiful, brisk morning and the 13.1 mile run through downtown Columbus, Bexley and German Village was gorgeous. There were live bands along the way and tons of people came out to support the runners – 15,000 in all. Aside from some [...]

Grandma and Grandpa McCaman just got done spending a few weeks out in Iowa and brought Noah some nice clothes to wear. Poor kid only had Buckeye stuff to wear up until now…

Noah is only a week and a half and is still figuring this whole eat/sleep/repeat routine
The outside temperature was approaching 90 degrees and our air had been broken since last Friday
We had our third and fourth visits from our [...]

3 Mile Run
Here’s my 3 mile run from yesterday, compared with the last 3 mile run I did. Even though I wasn’t really “feeling it” yesterday, my pace is really improving. In the next couple weeks I hope to get a better sense of what is a realistic time goal for the 10K.
