Last night we went to a Clippers game- our first. It was great- despite the freezing cold weather and minimally interesting baseball. We left at 10pm (it started at 7:30) and they were still in the 6th. They were murdered by the other team after we left. We went to the game with friends from small group and I also invited a few friends from work (Yay!). BUT— the best part was the free giveaway- the 1st 2000 people got cowbells with a Clippers sticker on it. It was awesome. We worked those cowbells well into the 5th inning. AND, no kidding, my unit for my ESL class that we are just starting, 'bell' is one of the words, and so now I own 4 cowbells (one for each of us) so we can all use them! Awesome how God provides, eh?
